HOW TO APPLY PASSWORD TO WORD OR EXCEL FILE
If you wish to apply password to word or excel documents Follow these steps.
1) Open file document.
>> Click on Office Button
>> select Prepare
>> select Encrypt Document
2) Now a screen will appear to fill password. Put in password of your choice.
>> It will ask to confirm password. (type same password)
>> Now save the file & close it.
3) To check result, re-open password protected file. It will ask for password.
4) Now put in password.
That's it. done.. enjoy..
